degel is a campus-centric event discovery, ticketing, and club management platform built for university students and organizers. The platform allows users to host events, secure tickets, and communicate with other attendees.

• You must register with a valid email address to access and use the platform.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account safety. Immediate notification is required for any unauthorized access.

• Accessing university-exclusive features may require verification of your institutional student email.

• As a host, you are solely responsible for ensuring your events are lawful, respectful, and compliant with community standards.

• Publishing misleading, illegal, copyright-infringing, or campus-disruptive events is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

• For paid events, degel charges a platform service fee per ticket transaction.

• Ticket refunds and cancellations are subject to the host's specified refund policy. degel does not take direct liability in payout or refund disputes between hosts and attendees.

All designs, software code, logos, and the trademark "degel" are the exclusive property of degel. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or usage is strictly prohibited.

degel reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of abuse or terms violation.
